The Opportunity We are seeking an ambitious and commercially minded Senior Analyst to join our UK Investor Relations team in London. This role will support capital raising, investor servicing and strategic relationship management activities across Quinbrook's institutional investor base.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting existing investor relationships while helping to drive future fundraising efforts. Working closely with senior members of the Investor Relations, Investment and Portfolio Management teams, you will contribute to the preparation of investor materials, fundraising campaigns, due diligence processes and ongoing client communications.

Key Responsibilities Investor Relations & Client Coverage - Support day-to-day relationship management of institutional investors across the global portfolio.
- Assist in preparing for investor meetings, annual meetings, roadshows and industry conferences.
- Coordinate responses to investor enquiries and information requests.
- Help maintain strong relationships with pension funds, insurance companies, consultants, sovereign wealth funds and other institutional investors.
Fundraising & Capital Formation - Support fundraising initiatives across current and future investment vehicles.
- Assist in managing investor pipelines and tracking fundraising activities through CRM systems.
- Coordinate due diligence processes and investor onboarding activities.
- Prepare fundraising presentations, pitch materials and marketing collateral.
Investor Reporting - Coordinate the production of quarterly and annual investor reports.
- Support the preparation of portfolio updates, fund performance materials and market commentary.
- Ensure all reporting materials are accurate, timely and aligned with firm standards.
Due Diligence & Data Management - Manage and respond to DDQs, RFPs and consultant requests.
- Maintain virtual data rooms and investor documentation.
- Gather information from investment, finance and portfolio teams to support investor communications.
- Monitor and maintain investor databases and CRM records.
Market Intelligence - Track developments across infrastructure, renewable energy and private markets.
- Support competitor analysis, fundraising intelligence and investor targeting initiatives.
- Develop insights regarding institutional investor trends and capital allocation strategies.
Skills & Experience Essential - 3-5years of experience within Investor Relations, Capital Formation, Institutional Sales, Client Services, Consulting or Private Markets.
- Experience working within infrastructure, private equity, real assets, energy, alternatives or asset management– specifically at a Fund Manager or Placement Agent
- Strong understanding of institutional fundraising and private market fund structures.
- Experience preparing investor presentations, DDQs, RFPs and reporting materials.
- Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and project management capability.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Preferred - Experience supporting and managing existing institutional investor relationships
- Knowledge of infrastructure, renewable energy and energy transition sectors.
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
- CFA, CAIA, IMC or other relevant professional qualification.
- Familiarity with fund performance analysis and portfolio reporting.
