  • Lead, supervise, mentor, and develop a team of 5–6 maintenance electricians and electrical technicians by providing daily direction, technical guidance, and performance feedback.
  • Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair 480-volt three-phase electrical systems, power distribution equipment, switchgear, transformers, motor control centers (MCCs), disconnects, variable frequency drives (VFDs), motors, and associated electrical infrastructure.
  • Diagnose and repair electrical failures on production equipment, conveyors, process equipment, and facility support systems to minimize downtime.
  • Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on electrical equipment to improve reliability and extend equipment life.
  • Read and interpret electrical one-line diagrams, schematics, wiring diagrams, panel layouts, and equipment documentation.
  • Coordinate electrical repairs, upgrades, and capital improvement projects while working closely with Operations, Engineering, and Production teams.
