The laundry personnel is responsible for washing, drying, and distributing linens and resident clothing while maintaining accurate inventory. They must also ensure items are properly identified and report any losses or damages.
A high school diploma is preferred, though previous experience is not essential as on-the-job training is provided. Candidates must demonstrate an interest in learning, the ability to cooperate, and the capacity to work well with coworkers.

He/She will see that resident's clothes are promptly returned to the owners, are properly identified and report losses and damages of resident's laundry. He/She maintains an inventory of linens and laundry supplies.
QualificationsHigh School diploma preferred.
Previous experience preferable but not essential.
Worker receives on the job training with supervision
Must have an understanding of standard procedures used in laundry services for patients and in caring for clothes, linens, equipment and supplies.
Has an interest in learning, ability to cooperate and is willing to work under supervision.
Must have the ability to work well with co workers.
