The Team Leader performs plating and fabrication tasks while overseeing the safety and productivity of a crew. They are responsible for mentoring fabricators, leading troubleshooting efforts, and ensuring quality standards are met for steel production machinery.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and leadership experience is preferred. Candidates must be proficient in metal fabrication, welding, and the ability to interpret technical blueprints.

Our Decatur, AL facility is currently recruiting to fill the role of 3rd shift Team Leader.
The Team Leader will spend more than 90% of work hours performing plating tasks similar to those of other group members.
