PrimaryOne Health is currently seeking a Human Resources Assistant for our Columbus health centers.

Essential Job Responsibilities

Provide administrative support for core Human Resources functions.
Oversee and manage the HRIS to ensure efficiency and functionality, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
Download, enter, and maintain accurate data within the information system.
Coordinate and schedule new-hire orientation and prepare all required materials.
Ensure accurate completion of onboarding documentation for all new hires.
Monitor and update employee records, departmental files, and informational packets.
Maintain inventory of Human Resources equipment and general office supplies.

Successful candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred; demonstrated experience in information systems or technology is required; proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion; two to three years' experience in a customer-facing environment, preferably within a Human Resources function.
