The Make-Ready Technician is responsible for completing apartment maintenance and assigned work orders to ensure units are ready for occupancy. They also assist with building and common area maintenance while participating in the property's preventative maintenance program.
The ideal candidate should have at least one year of multi-family maintenance experience and knowledge of general repairs including electrical and plumbing. A valid driver's license is required, along with the ability to use necessary tools and communicate effectively.
