The Digital Content Specialist will drive subscription growth by monitoring site-wide trends and leveraging data insights to strategize content approaches. They will also manage scout recruitment, onboarding, and event staffing logistics to ensure seamless media coverage.
Candidates must be self-motivated, accountable, and possess strong analytical and editorial judgment with proficiency in Google Workspace. The role requires the ability to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends, and applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
What You’ll Do
As a key member of the Prep Network Digital team, you will drive subscription growth by monitoring site-wide trends and leveraging Parse.ly insights to strategize innovative content approaches. You will play a pivotal role in talent development by recruiting and onboarding new scouts, while maintaining high-impact communication to reinforce best practices. Additionally, you will ensure our events are perfectly positioned for maximum coverage by overseeing efficient, strategic staffing.
Please note that this role includes some non-traditional hours (evenings and weekends) to support writers across the country.
