The Customer Service Administrator manages work orders, facilitates shop floor operations, and handles customer interactions including billing and inquiries. They also perform administrative tasks such as inventory tracking, warranty processing, and supporting the estimating team.
Candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED and at least 2 years of customer service experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and strong communication skills are required, with electrical knowledge preferred.
