The Procurement Manager oversees the end-to-end procurement lifecycle, including strategic sourcing, contract execution, and supplier relationship management. They are responsible for ensuring supply chain continuity, mitigating risks, and maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in supply chain or business and at least 5 years of experience in procurement, preferably within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry. We are seeking a hard-working Procurement Manager. Procurement Management oversees the end-to-end procurement lifecycle, from strategic sourcing through contract execution, ensuring operational excellence and alignment with category strategies. This role leads supplier selection, relationship management, and contract compliance while driving adherence to procurement policies and procedures. The position is also responsible for executing supplier diversity and sustainability initiatives, supporting organizational goals through effective supplier engagement and risk-managed procurement practices.
This position is located at our Germantown, MD location, join us in our mission to serve patients with our next generation of innovative Gene Therapies.
