Support the Machine Operator in the setup and operation of slotting, feeding, and die-cutting equipment. Monitor product quality for defects and maintain production pace to ensure high-quality corrugated board output.
Candidates must be dependable, able to read English work orders, and possess basic high school-level math skills. Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds in a non-climate controlled environment is required.
As a Machine Helper, you’ll play a key role in keeping our production lines running smoothly and efficiently. You’ll support the Machine Operator with setup, monitoring quality, maintaining pace, and troubleshooting as needed. Your teamwork and attention to detail help ensure our recycled paper is turned into high-quality corrugated board that meets customer expectations.
Shift: 2nd Shift (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM) — Must be available for overtime and occasional weekend work as needed
Starting Pay: $17.00/hour – Eligible for pay increases at 90 days and 6 months based on performance and attendance.
