Responsible for the cleanup and sanitation of production equipment and facilities to ensure optimum product quality and regulatory compliance. This includes performing preventive maintenance on contact surfaces and documenting cleaning cycles and chemical concentrations.
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for experience in the dairy, food, or beverage industry. Candidates must be physically able to lift up to 61 pounds and work in wet environments with cleaning chemicals.

The Production Clean-up position is in our sanitation department. This position is responsible for ensuring optimum quality products through completing proper cleanup and sanitation tasks by following regulatory standards, ensuring the product and process are both clean and sanitized.
