The Pasteurizer Assistant manages the operation of pasteurizing, blending, and product transfer systems while maintaining regulatory documentation. They are responsible for cleaning equipment, monitoring chemical concentrations, and coordinating with production and laboratory teams.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old and able to pass a drug screen and physical exam. The role requires the ability to lift up to 60 lbs and work in extreme temperature and humid environments.
