The Operations Support Coordinator acts as a central point of contact for service and project activities, ensuring workflows are properly scheduled, documented, and tracked. They provide administrative support to field teams, manage job setup, and assist with customer inquiries and vendor coordination.
Candidates must have 1–3 years of administrative or operations support experience and strong organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience in construction or service-based industries is required.

Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to support our operations team in our Reno, NV office. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys coordinating moving parts across multiple teams.
This position plays a key role in keeping service and project workflows organized, on track, and moving efficiently. You will work closely with field teams and internal stakeholders to support scheduling, job setup, documentation, and ongoing coordination across service and project activities.
