The General Maintenance Worker performs repairs and routine maintenance on building systems, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry. Responsibilities include troubleshooting equipment issues, cleaning facilities, and ordering necessary supplies.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with related experience preferred. Candidates must be physically able to lift 50 pounds and work in awkward spaces.
