The Production Manager is responsible for leading the production department to meet safety, quality, cost, and delivery targets while driving lean manufacturing initiatives. This role involves managing daily operations, optimizing production systems, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards during plant start-up and scaling.
Candidates must have at least 5 years of production management experience, preferably in automotive or die casting environments. A degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field is required, along with strong knowledge of lean tools and IATF 16949 standards.

In 2014 Porter was acquired by Pangeo Corporation. The acquisition allows for vertical integration with castings, injection molding, stampings, precision turning, machining and coating with LCC capability.
