The Technical Support Lead serves as the primary contact for customers to resolve technical issues and coordinate service activities. They are also responsible for developing support processes with engineering and mentoring technical team members.
Candidates must have over 5 years of technical customer-facing experience and proficiency in troubleshooting industrial electrical and control systems. Experience with battery power conversion and leading technical teams is highly preferred.

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Support Lead to join our Operations team. Acting as the frontline representative for our customers, this role is dedicated to addressing issues promptly, delivering timely resolutions, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate has a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to quality, safety, and customer service.
