Lead daily operations of the pouch department, providing hands-on leadership to personnel to meet production goals and quality standards. Operate and troubleshoot Totani and Hudson Sharp equipment while ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols.
Requires a high school diploma or GED and 3-5 years of experience operating specific pouch-making equipment in flexible packaging. Must possess strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to handle physical demands including lifting up to 50 pounds.
Pouch Department Lead
The Pouch Department Lead assists leading the daily operations of the pouch department while safely operating Totani and/or Hudson Sharp pouch-making equipment. This position provides hands-on leadership to department personnel, ensuring production goals, quality standards, safety requirements, and customer specifications are consistently achieved. This role will assist with basic machinery maintenance, assist training team members, coordinating workflow, and promoting continuous improvement throughout the department.
