Responsible for preparing vacant rental units for new tenants through repairs, maintenance, and cleaning. This includes painting, drywall work, and ensuring HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems are fully functional.
Requires 3-5 years of experience in property maintenance or apartment turns and a valid driver's license. Candidates must possess a specific set of hand tools and be physically capable of lifting up to 100 lbs and working in confined spaces.
