Manage accounting for a portfolio of homeowner associations, including financial reporting, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. Partner with Community Managers to analyze financial trends and improve accounting processes.
Requires 3+ years of accounting experience and strong proficiency in Excel and financial statement preparation. A bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is preferred, along with experience in HOA or property management accounting.
