Lead a portfolio of 8-12 urgent care locations, managing a P&L of $10-30M and overseeing approximately 100 team members. Drive regional growth, operational efficiency, and clinical outcomes while ensuring compliance with accrediting standards.
Requires a bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of healthcare management experience, specifically in multi-site operations. Must possess strong financial expertise in P&L management and proficiency in MS Office.
