The Senior VIP Account Manager is responsible for managing a portfolio of high-value players to drive lifetime value, satisfaction, and retention. General Purpose of the Job
The Senior VIP Account Manager owns a portfolio of our highest-value and most important players, responsible for driving their lifetime value, KPIs, satisfaction, and retention. This role requires a proactive, creative, and highly independent professional who can manage day-to-day player communication, deeply analyze account data, and work cross-functionally across the business to deliver a premium, personalized VIP experience.
