En esta oportunidad nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un Supervisor(a) de Juegos en Mesa (Pit Boss) que estará a cargo de:
Supervisión y control de la operación: Organizar y controlar el área de operaciones durante el turno. Monitorear e identificar de inmediato interrupciones o problemas técnicos, aplicando las políticas de la empresa.
Aseguramiento del cumplimiento y juego limpio: Garantizar el cumplimiento de las reglas del juego. Monitorear activamente para evitar que presentadores, barajadores o jugadores se involucren en actividades deshonestas.
Gestión de incidencias y errores en vivo: Corregir inmediatamente los errores cometidos por el personal en línea durante la transmisión, tomar evidencias (capturas de pantalla) y elaborar los informes de errores internos correspondientes.
Resolución de conflictos y atención al licenciatario: Iniciar y dirigir la comunicación o resolución de conflictos dentro del turno, manejando quejas y reclamos de licenciatarios y jugadores con diplomacia y confidencialidad.
Soporte a la gestión y pruebas de software: Brindar asistencia directa a la gerencia en tareas diarias, reportar incidentes significativos y cooperar con el grupo corporativo en la prueba de rendimiento de nuevos programas o aplicaciones de juegos en línea.
Educación: Técnica o Superior concluida.
Habilidades lingüísticas: Español, Inglés avanzado o fluido (Nivel B2 ideal para comunicación corporativa).
Conocimientos informáticos: MS Office a nivel usuario intermedio y herramientas de correo electrónico.
Habilidades interpersonales y resolución de problemas: Excelentes habilidades de cooperación, alta capacidad para manejar conflictos en situaciones variables y trabajar con personas de diversas culturas o puntos de vista.
Habilidades de comunicación: Capacidad para transmitir de forma clara las normas de la compañía, enseñar innovaciones, persuadir y motivar al equipo.
Capacidad de respuesta y agilidad: Habilidad para reaccionar rápido ante imprevistos, entender la esencia de un problema y proponer soluciones de forma independiente.
Organización y enfoque al detalle: Alta precisión, minuciosidad y buena gestión del tiempo bajo presión o entornos de alto estrés.
Aptitud física operativa: Capacidad para el desplazamiento continuo en sala de transmisión, agilidad visual en pantallas y reflejos rápidos para la interacción en vivo (respetando los lineamientos de seguridad y políticas de inclusión de la empresa).
