Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for IT talent while partnering with stakeholders to define role requirements and analyze hiring metrics. Additionally, implement localized employer branding initiatives and execute campus activations to build a strong talent community.
Requires a bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist within the IT industry. Must possess strong English communication skills and proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and sourcing tools.
