The Regional Commercial Manager will drive commercial growth across Eastern Europe and CIS by identifying new operator partnerships and managing existing client relationships. They will act as the primary commercial representative for the company, overseeing the full sales cycle and contributing to regional marketing and product strategy.
Candidates must have a strong reputation and established network within the iGaming industry in Eastern Europe or CIS markets. Fluency in Russian and professional English is essential, along with a proven track record in sales, business development, or account management.

We're looking for an ambitious, well-connected Regional Commercial Manager to drive Playnetic's growth across Eastern Europe & CIS. You'll own both new business development and existing client growth — combining sales, account management, and relationship-building with deep knowledge of the regional iGaming landscape.
You'll have significant autonomy to build the region, backed by our commercial, marketing and product teams — with a clear path to grow this into a regional leadership role managing your own team.
• Own commercial growth strategy across Eastern Europe & CIS
• Identify, approach and close new operator partnerships
• Grow existing partner relationships — performance, distribution, revenue
• Manage full pipeline: prospecting → negotiation → launch → growth
• Represent Playnetic at senior level, including industry events and conferences
• Partner with Marketing, Product and Account Management to support the region
• Provide market insight on trends, competitors and operator needs
• Over time, help build and lead a regional commercial team
• Established network of operator contacts across Eastern Europe/CIS iGaming
• Fluent Russian + strong professional English
• Proven track record in iGaming sales, BD or account management
• Comfortable owning relationships from first contact to C-level
• Proactive, results-driven, and able to work autonomously
• Willing to travel regularly within the region and internationally
• Ownership of a key growth region from day one
