Lead engaging Bootcamp fitness classes while providing high-level customer service and front desk support. Ensure a welcoming environment by managing equipment and anticipating member needs to foster community loyalty.
Requires 1+ years of experience in group fitness instruction and a valid Group Fitness certification. Candidates must also hold current CPR and AED certifications and possess strong communication and organizational skills.

Location: The Red located at 333 S Wabash Ave, Chicago, IL 60604
Work Hours: Bootcamp class every Tuesday from 6:00–7:00 AM, with additional hourly support needed at least 1–2 times per month and the potential for 4–6 shifts per month based on business needs. Availability to cover Yoga Sculpt classes on Wednesdays from 6:30–7:15 AM as needed is a plus. Please indicate your availability in your application.

Your mission is to lead engaging Bootcamp classes at The Red, while providing the highest level of customer service. You will also offer member support from the front desk during desk coverage shifts, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere at each location you step into.
