The Health Care Assistant supports reproductive health center operations by managing patient medical records, recording vital signs, and conducting patient interviews. They are also responsible for administering clinical tests, dispensing medications under supervision, and maintaining a sanitary clinic environment.
A high school diploma and experience following policies and procedures are required. Preferred qualifications include one year of customer service experience, familiarity with HIPAA, and previous experience in a medical or office setting.

Position Summary
Under the direction of the Health Center Manager, the Health Care Assistant (HCA) will work as a member of a team that operates from established procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency in the day-to-day operations of the reproductive health center and facilitate high quality, inclusive patient care.
