The technician is responsible for the set-up, operation, and troubleshooting of injection molding equipment to meet production and quality standards. They also perform routine maintenance and lead production floor efforts in the absence of the Shift Leader.
Candidates should have strong mechanical aptitude and preferred experience with injection molding machines and robots. Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and a willingness to train on the first shift for several months are required.

We're looking for a skilled Injection Molding Operating Technician who takes pride in running equipment safely, solving problems quickly, and keeping production moving in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. If you have mechanical aptitude, molding experience, or a desire to grow into a technical role, this is a great opportunity to make an impact. Must be available to train on 1st shift for 3-6 months.
Compensation
Starting hourly rate: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
