Job Summary
Pilsen Wellness Center is seeking a dedicated administrative professional to provide high-quality administrative support to staff and families. The administrative assistant manages appointments, provides caller support, and handles routine clerical and administrative tasks and collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to support client wellness.
Responsibilities
Communicates clear, accurate, and detailed messages
Makes reminder calls to participants regarding upcoming visits
Prepares and types correspondence and reports as needed
Creates and maintains database and spreadsheet files
Adhere to ethical and confidentiality standards
Qualifications
Associates or Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but not required
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
3-5 years of administrative and clerical assistance preferred
Strong organizational skills
