Manage the end-to-end implementation lifecycle for new clients, serving as the primary point of contact to ensure seamless go-live and adoption. Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve complex data issues and align software capabilities with client strategic goals.
Requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of experience in implementation or healthcare operations within a software delivery model. Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems and strong leadership skills are essential, with PMP or 340B ACE certifications preferred.
