About The Role
You are the packaging expert for our content. A world-class video is useless if no one clicks on it, and you are the person who ensures they do. Your job is to take the core hook of a video and turn it into a high-impact visual that stands out in a crowded feed. You will work in an AI-first environment, using generative tools to create assets and variations that would take hours to build by hand.
