The Director of Clinical Services is responsible for the overall direction of hospice clinical services, including coordinating patient care and supervising clinical staff. They ensure compliance with Medicare, State, and CHAP regulations while maintaining quality standards through audits and QAPI activities.
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing and hold a valid Registered Nurse license. A minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in home hospice or skilled home care is required.

The Director of Clinical Services is responsible for the overall direction of hospice clinical services. Maintains the quality of patient care in accordance with the Agency’s objectives and policies, through planning, coordination, implementation and evaluation of the hospice services provided.
