IT Systems Administrator
Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and upgrade computer hardware, operating systems, and software applications.
- Monitor and maintain the performance, availability, and security of our IT systems.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues raised by end-users and provide timely resolution.
- Administer user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
- Perform regular system backups and ensure effective disaster recovery processes.
- Implement and enforce security measures to protect our systems and data.
- Provide technical support and assistance to end-users, addressing their IT-related queries and concerns.
- Keep documentation up-to-date, including system configurations, procedures, and user guides.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance system performance and efficiency.
- Collaborate with other teams as needed for the improvement of business processes.
