You’ll build accurate repair orders, provide transparent estimates, secure approvals for additional work, and keep customers informed on timing and costs while protecting top satisfaction scores.

Key responsibilities include coordinating appointments, documenting concerns for technicians, reviewing completed work for accuracy/authorization, helping resolve complaints, supporting service marketing efforts, and ensuring vehicles/keys are handled correctly.

Required qualifications/skills:
- High School Diploma
- 2–4 years of related experience preferred
- Strong communication, basic math, and practical problem-solving skills
- Ability to read/write routine reports and speak confidently with customers
- CDK experience is a plus
