The Medical Science Liaison will serve as a scientific resource for healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders to communicate complex clinical data and support medical strategy. They will also collaborate with cross-functional teams and represent the company at professional meetings to drive impactful medical engagement.
Candidates must hold an advanced degree in a scientific or healthcare discipline and possess at least 5 years of experience in oncology within medical affairs. Exceptional communication skills in both English and French are required, along with a strong understanding of Canadian regulatory standards.

We are seeking an experienced and scientifically driven Medical Science Liaison (MSL)/ Senior Medical Science Liaison (Sr. MSL) to join our oncology team, supporting Hematology-Oncology and Gynecologic Oncology. This individual will play a key role in bridging clinical development and commercial functions by providing medical and scientific expertise across the province of Quebec (QC)
This individual will serve as a trusted scientific resource, engaging with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals to communicate complex clinical data, support investigator-initiated research, and ensure all interactions are compliant, balanced, and aligned with company strategy. This position will also help shape medical strategy, support Health Canada interactions, and lead scientific training initiatives to drive impactful and ethical medical engagement across the region.
