The role involves building and maintaining a scalable Salesforce environment, focusing on UI development and system integrations. The developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions while ensuring data integrity.
Candidates must be proficient in Apex, LWC, and SOQL, with experience in Salesforce platform configuration and external integrations. Strong skills in object-oriented programming (Java or JavaScript) and the ability to communicate technical trade-offs are required.

Due to our growth and expansion in Bulgaria, we are looking for a Salesforce Developer who will own the build and evolution of Perkbox’s Salesforce environment. This role ensures the platform can scale as the business grows and contract complexity increases.
What you’ll be responsible for
Building and maintaining Salesforce functionality that is reliable, scalable, and easy for teams to use.
Translating business and technical requirements into solutions that scale with company growth.
Owning UI development across Salesforce, reducing friction for daily users.
Keeping integrations running cleanly and consistently.
Resolving integration issues proactively before they affect data reliability or operations.
Collaborating with commercial, product, and technology teams to deliver practical Salesforce improvements.
Communicating trade-offs and technical constraints clearly to enable informed decisions.
Maintaining data quality, platform security, and governance standards.
Safeguarding against risks to ensure changes do not compromise data integrity.
Managing testing and release cycles to deliver smooth, low-disruption changes.
Producing clear documentation for custom development, integrations, and platform updates.
Experience and skills required
Able to write and maintain Apex code, Visualforce pages, and Lightning Web Components to a production-ready standard.
Proficient in SOQL, Salesforce data models, and custom object configuration.
Experienced in building and supporting integrations between Salesforce and external systems.
Solid understanding of Salesforce platform configuration, including flows, validation rules, permissions, and automation.
Skilled in object-oriented development using Java, JavaScript, or a comparable language.
Capable of translating requirements from business and technical stakeholders into working Salesforce solutions, while communicating clearly and documenting decisions effectively.
Able to diagnose and resolve platform issues methodically, with minimal guidance.
Work Mode and Salary
We offer a hybrid working model
Gross annual salary ranges from €38,000 to €42,000, depending on experience.
