Diese Aufgaben warten auf Sie:
Wahrnehmung der Aufgaben als Sicherheitsfachkraft entsprechend den Vorgaben des Arbeitssicherheitsgesetz, DGUV V1, DGUV V2 und der Berufsgenossenschaft ETEM
Eigenständige Betreuung von deutschen Standorten der P+F Gruppe als Sicherheisfachkraft
Einhaltung aller in Frage kommender Gesetze, Richtlinien, Verordnungen und Vorschriften entsprechend dem Stand der Technik insbesondere in Bezug auf Arbeitssicherheit und Brandschutz
Durchführung von Arbeitssicherheitsunterweisungen für neue Mitarbeiterinnen
Beratung und Unterstützung der Mitarbeiterinnen in Mannheim und anderen Standorten in organisatorischen Angelegenheiten wie Maschinenaufstellung und Arbeitsplatzausstattung und –einrichtung
Wahrnehmung der Tätigkeiten einers Brandschutzbeauftragten
Betreuung und Organisation der Ersthelferinnen und deren Ausbildung
Beratung und Unterstützung im Bereich Environment, Health & Safety der deutschen Standorte
Unterstützung der europäischen und internationalen Standorte im Bereich Arbeitssicherheit
Diese Qualifikationen bringen Sie mit:
Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Sicherheitsfachkraft, wenn möglich mit fachspezifischer Ausbildung der Berufsgenossenschaft ETEM
Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Brandschutzbeauftragten entsprechend der DGUV I 205-003 oder ähnlich
Wünschenswert wären zusätzlich nachfolgende abgeschlossene Ausbildungen: Umweltmanagerin und/oder Arbeitsschutzmanagerin, Abfallbeauftragte*r sowie in der Fachkunde zu Gefahrstoffen gemäß Gefahrstoffverordnung
Sehr gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten und hohes analytisches Denkvermögen
Sehr gute IT/MS-Office-Kenntnisse und eine hohe IT-Affinität
Ausgeprägtes wirtschaftliches Denken bei der Umsetzung von Problemstellungen
Hohe Flexibilität, Teamfähigkeit und Belastbarkeit
Reisebereitschaft deutschlandweit aufgrund der Betreuung verschiedeneer Standorte
Gute Englischkenntnisse aufgrund der internationalen Zusammenarbeit im Konzern
Die Tätigkeit kann, neben Mannheim auch von den Pepperl+Fuchs-Standorten in Assamstadt, Berlin und Bühl ausgeübt werden.
