The LMSW/LMHC provides oversight and direct therapeutic services to individuals and families, including assessments and treatment planning. They are responsible for crisis de-escalation, coordinating services through daily huddles, and ensuring continuity of care via discharge planning.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree and a current LMSW or LMHC license with three years of experience. Requirements include a valid driver's license, ability to pass background checks, and experience working with co-occurring populations.
