The Business Development Manager will identify and secure new high-value business opportunities within top-tier accounts to drive company growth. Candidates should have 10+ years of experience in selling to large enterprises and possess strong negotiation and communication skills. A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, along with proficiency in CRM software.

We have an opportunity for a Business Development Manager for our Pool group. You will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth by identifying, prospecting, and securing new business from top-tier accounts. This role requires a strategic sales hunter with a strong ability to engage with senior decision-makers, build lasting relationships, and close high-value deals. The BDM will work closely with cross-functional teams to align solutions with client needs, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and long-term partnerships
For this full-time position working at this location, the anticipated annualized base pay range will be from $118400- $219900 / year. At Pentair, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the pay range. Pentair considers various factors in determining actual compensation for this position at the expected location. Actual compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, work location, and other relevant business or organizational needs. This position may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as, annual incentive bonus.
