Requires a technical background in HVACR or electronics, with 1-3 years of experience or a relevant degree/certificate. Must be physically capable of standing all day and obtaining an EPA Type I, II Refrigerant Handling Certificate within one year.

We have an opportunity for a Refrigeration Technician 1st to join our Manitowoc, WI team. You will assist with ice machine reliability testing and data collection tasks related to product variants; test fixtures; NPD (New Product Development) verification and validation activities. This position is technical and hands-on in nature.
The hourly pay for this role is: $24.00/hr. Opportunity for a rate increase after you are proficient in certain skills and have fulfilled training. Actual pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, and experience.
