Build, assemble and maintain machinery for the sale and rental of drilling and grouting Equipment.
PRIMARY/ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Build New Equipment
Inspect and examine machinery and equipment to detect irregularities and malfunctions.
Use of electrical and hydraulic test equipment in an effective and efficient matter to setup and diagnosis equipment.
Read production prints, electrical and hydraulic schematics, to produce or repair items as specified.
Maintain and monitor production equipment, perform routine maintenance, replace worn components required.
Operate company vehicles
WE SEEK:
High school diploma or GED, required.
Familiarity and/or working knowledge of electrical and hydraulic circuitry.
Strong mechanical understanding of equipment related to electrical and hydraulic components, with specific experience related to: pumps, control valves, transformers, motor contactors, preferred.
Experience working with engines, preferred.
Ability to diagnose problems through strong critical analysis and logical thinking, required.
Familiarity with welding and metal working equipment, preferred.
Familiarity reading technical drawings related to flow control valve, hydraulic schematics, direct valves, motor symbols, motor contactors, switch symbols, piping and pump assembly, required.
Proficient in mathematics including: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division without use of a calculator, required.
Strong organization skills with the ability to multi-task, required.
Must possess good communication skills in being proactive, communicating status, ideas, troubleshooting tasks, required.
Must possess and maintain in good standing a valid state driver’s license, required.
