The role focuses on managing firm-wide staffing allocation and project profitability across all active projects. Key duties include financial oversight, maintaining master project schedules, and collaborating with leadership on resource management and contract analysis.
Candidates need 6-10+ years of experience in project accounting or controls within an AEC or professional services environment. A PMP certification and a proven track record of building forecasting and reporting infrastructure are highly valued.
