Oversee residential and trade window and door installation projects from pre-installation through final completion. Act as the operational bridge between sales, customers, installers, and internal teams to ensure quality and safety standards.
Requires 3-5+ years of experience in construction or installation management, preferably within the window and door industry. Must possess a valid driver's license and the ability to perform physical tasks on active jobsites.
Trade Installation Project Manager
The Trade Install & Project Management role for Pella Utah is responsible for overseeing the successful execution of residential and trade window and door installation projects from pre-installation through final completion. This position serves as the operational bridge between sales, customers, installers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and to company quality standards.
This role operates in both office and field environments and requires regular travel to customer homes, construction sites, and project locations. Occasional evening or extended hours may be required based on project schedules and operational needs.
