The technician is responsible for completing service requests, performing apartment turns, and handling general plumbing, electrical, and drywall repairs. They also maintain community grounds and troubleshoot maintenance issues to ensure the property remains in top condition.
Candidates need at least one year of apartment maintenance experience and a valid driver's license with insurance. HVAC and CPO certifications are preferred, along with the ability to participate in an on-call rotation and work weekends.
