PDF’s solutions enable clients to lower the costs of IC design and manufacture, enhance time to market, and improve profitability. PDF Solutions addresses design and manufacturing interactions from the initial product design phase, through production ramp, to mature high volume manufacturing operations.

Built around Exensio, our industry leading, enterprise-wide Big Data platform, the PDF platform allows customers to analyze, report, and take actions on critical data generated across the semiconductor ecosystem. The solution is used by a broad range of Foundries and OSATs to rapidly adjust their equipment for higher yields and reduced variability. For Fabless and IC design companies, Exensio provides powerful tools to rapidly identify and resolve manufacturing issues across a globally distributed supply chain

PDF is seeking an Enterprise Sales Account Manager based in North America to grow our global market by identifying, qualifying, developing, and closing business in the semiconductor industry.


Responsibilities

Key Performance Metrics:

  • Drive revenue growth through planning and executing the Company’s business plans.
  • Direct account management activities to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Represent the PDF Values: Integrity (we uphold the highest ethical standards in everything we do), Team (we treat each other with respect), Customers (we are passionately dedicated to our customers’ success) and Growth (we pursue long-term profitable growth).
  • Forge strong ties with Executive decision makers at customers.
  • Develop and implement Strategic Sales plans to meet Bookings targets.
  • Manage all aspects of customer business activities, including Evangelizing, Prospecting, Discovery, Proposal, Negotiation, and ongoing Account Management
  • Work collaboratively with the Global Sales teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction across global networks of customer sites.
  • Maintain and enhance the PDF worldwide reputation as a trusted advisor to our clients.
  • Monitor and evaluate the activities and products of competitors.
  • Must be willing to travel frequently, both domestically and internationally

Qualifications

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • The ideal candidate will have a proven record of developing, coordinating, and closing enterprise-level software and solution engagements with large corporations.
  • A minimum ten year's experience conducting Strategic Sales campaigns in a business-to-business sales environment is desired.
  • The candidate should have some level of deep domain expertise in semiconductor operations, including wafer fabrication, test and assembly operations, and product and process yield management.
  • Engineering degree and business education are desired.
  • The position requires the ability to work self-directed as needed but also requires the ability to coordinate internal resources across multiple PDF departments and geographic locations.
  • Superlative communication and presentation skills are a must.
  • The candidate should have a demonstrable track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets comprised of large, multi-year, multi-million-dollar contracts.

Rewarding Success: This position offers a competitive base salary with On-Target Earnings (OTE) of up to $400,000 annually for high-performing sales professionals. 


Pay Range

USD $300,000.00 - USD $350,000.00 /Yr.
