Manage the installation of underground piping and electrical duct banks while ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and budget requirements. Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to execute project schedules and manage craft worker productivity.
Requires a Journeyman certificate or an engineering degree, an NCSO designation, and preferably 10 years of progressive field supervision experience. Must have in-depth knowledge of construction methods, safety legislation, and the ability to manage complex project schedules.

As a Superintendent - Underground Piping for PCL Construction, Inc. in San Diego, California, you’ll have the opportunity to bring significant experience in underground piping and electrical duct bank construction to a role that involves managing underground pipe installations ranging in size and materials from 6" to 84". The position includes detailed work planning and execution, safety and quality management, scheduling, material procurement, and coordination with other trades. Additionally, you’ll have the opportunity to provide effective craft worker management and coordination, including handling time sheets and daily productivity reporting. Previous experience in water or wastewater treatment plants would be highly advantageous.
