The Senior Director will develop and execute a global strategic roadmap for sterility assurance and establish a Center of Excellence to ensure technical expertise across all sites. They will also serve as the primary subject matter expert during regulatory inspections and oversee contamination control strategies for sterile facilities.
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Microbiology or a related Life Sciences field, with a Master's or PhD preferred. A minimum of 12-15 years of experience in sterility assurance or industrial microbiology within a GxP pharmaceutical environment is required.
