The Reconstruction Project Estimator is responsible for inspecting damaged properties and preparing detailed repair estimates using industry software. They collaborate with insurance adjusters, project managers, and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed accurately and within budget.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in construction or restoration estimating and proficiency in Xactimate. A valid driver's license and a strong understanding of building codes and construction methods are required.
