Responsibilities

Perform high-level water mitigation, mold remediation, and abatement services while leading a team of technicians. Maintain company equipment and vehicles while ensuring excellent customer service and safety standards.

Requirements

Requires at least one year of experience in a craft, trade, or manual labor position and customer service experience. IICRC certification and specific restoration industry experience are preferred.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities

High-level performance of water mitigation, tarping, board up, mold remediation, asbestos/lead abatement, and carpet cleaning/re-installation services according to Paul Davis and industry specifications under the supervision of the Mitigation Manager.

Strong Leadership, organization, and problem-solving abilities

Safety Focus

Focus and dedication to providing excellent customer service.

Maintain a clean, properly stocked, and organized truck and maintain all company equipment.

Be accessible by phone and participate, as necessary, in the on-call schedule.

Assist in warehousing and facility-related tasks when necessary.

You will assist other team members as you see opportunities arise and be a leader for the team when needed.

Ability to be assertive, empathetic, inspiring, and engaging to others

Ability to work independently

Ability to pass and maintain a satisfactory background check

Ability to operate a vehicle safely

Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, One Drive)

Maintain a level of confidentiality

All other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience

Customer Service experience

1 plus year experience in a craft, trade, or manual labor position or equivalent schooling

Preferred Education and Experience

IICRC Certified, as an asset, Water Remediation Technician (WRT) certification

One or more years’ experience within the restoration industry

Physical Requirement

Must be able to stay in a stationary position up to 25% of the time within a vehicle.

Constantly moves about job sites

Constantly positions self to move about job sites, stairs, walkways, roofs, crawl spaces

Occasionally ascends and descends a ladder to complete jobs

Must be able to observe and perceive information on a computer and documents

Must be able to communicate and converse with customers over the phone and face to face

Frequently will lift to 75lbs

Ability to safely operate a company vehicle

Work Environment

The employee will be constantly working outdoors and be exposed to outdoor weather conditions. The employee will occasionally be working indoors in the office. The employee will be exposed to air conditioning and heat. The employees will be exposed to normal noises throughout the office.

Travel This position will require up to 100% local travel to job sites (as needed).
