The Account Manager is responsible for building and maintaining referral relationships with healthcare providers to increase patient admissions. They collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care and execute sales strategies to grow the client base.
Candidates should ideally have a bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of experience in home health care. A valid driver's license and proficiency in electronic medical records systems are required.
