The Sales Support Coordinator manages the end-to-end order and logistics process for fuel and lubricants while acting as the primary liaison between customers and internal departments. They are responsible for handling new leads, managing the customer portal, and coordinating new account setups with credit and data teams.
Candidates need at least 2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or logistics, preferably within the fuel or distribution industry. An associate degree or higher in a business-related field and proficiency in CRM/ERP systems are required.
